Deutscher, Harvey M., 93 years old, died on February 22, 2013. Beloved husband of the late Gertrude. Devoted father of Sharon and Troy Grindle and Sammy and Leslie Deutscher. Cherished grandfather and goppy of Dorothy, Jesse, Paul, Daniel, and Rachel. Dearest brother of the late Ruth Lefkowitz and the late Sylvia Orland. Funeral services 12 noon Sunday February 24, 2013, at Riverside-Nassau North Chapels, 55 North Station Plaza (Opposite LIRR), Great Neck, New York. Interment to follow at New Montefiore Cemetery, Pinelawn, New York. Donations in his honor may be made to NYU Stern School of Business or Children's Town, Jerusalem, Israel; Attention Rabbi David Poursh. Shiva will be observed Harvey's residence, 3 Hickory Drive, Great Neck, New York, Sunday upon the family's return from the cemetery and Monday and Tuesday.
