Waltzer, Herbert 92 years old died on April 27, 2018. Beloved husband of Arlene, devoted father of Deborah (David) Koeppel, Deanne (Seth) Lipsay, Denise (David) Perry and Deidre (Brad) Wiener. Cherished grandfather of Lauren, Allison, Sam, Max, Eli, Rebecca and Jonathan. He was a decorated WWII Army Veteran, distinguished psychiatrist and an avid Mets fan. Services were held on Sunday.
