Soberman, Illene C. Died on March 17, 2012 at her home in Floral Park, New York at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Herbert. Devoted and loving mother of Richard Soberman and his wife Rhonda, Deborah Berkowitz and her husband Randy, and Steven M. Soberman and his wife Suzanne Phillip. Cherished grandmother of Amanda and Craig, Lenny, Craig and Carolann, David, and Andrew and Pamela. Adored great grandmother of Jacob and Leila. Funeral services 1:30pm on Sunday March 19, 2012 at Riverside-Nassau North Chapels, 55 North Station Plaza (Opp LIRR), Great Neck, New York. Interment to follow at Beth David Cemetery, Elmont, New York. Shiva will be observed at the home of Richard and Rhonda Soberman, Sunday through Wednesday and at the home of Steven M. Soberman and Suzanne Phillip on Monday starting at 7pm.
