Malcolm was my uncle and I miss him so much

My condolences to all the Engoron family. Malcolm was a warm and generous and thoughtful person. He has touched so many people who will cherish his memory, as will I.

Our sincere condolences to the entire Engoron family.

Malcolm, I remember your always very well-considered remarks on various matters, including the beauty of certain pieces of photojournalism in the NYT. You were a thoughtful and respectful apartmentmate and I cherish your memory.

My condolences to all the extended Engoron family. I have warm memories of after school times in the lively Engoron home, and especially enjoying Malcolm's wry and imaginative sense of humor. His memory lives on in all the Wheatleyites of that era whose lives he touched. Norm Resnicow

I thought I knew you, Mal, for 58 years as my best and closest friend, Arthur's, older brother, but in fact I always knew you as brilliant, quick-witted, caring, and with a special charm derived from your unique breed of quirkiness. As "Bro #1" of the Engoron clan, you will be deeply missed by many.

Dear Arthur, Dawn and family,
Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of brother Malcolm. We hope you find comfort in your loving family.
Barbara Jaffe and Brian Graifman

May the Lord of all comforts, be with you in this time of sorrow.
He is healing the brokenhearted and binding his wounds.
