Paul was born on January 23, 1923 with a song in his heart. He was a kind, intellectual soul who shared a lifelong love of culture and an insatiable curiosity for the world with his beloved wife Frances (d. 1987) and daughters Eileen (Alan) and Rhea (William). Paul was a loving grandfather to Andy (Jennifer) and Amanda (Pierre) and an adoring great-grandfather to Elsa, Margot, and Iggy, whom he serenaded until his final days.
A private funeral service will be held Sunday, August 27, 2023. It will be followed by a memorial celebration of his life from 4-6pm at North Shore Towers, Building 3. 26910 Grand Central Pkwy, Floral Park. Coleridge Room in the Arcade.
