Phyllis will be dearly missed by her children, Tina Rotstein and her husband, Paul Rotstein, Ira Wertenteil and Cindy Powders.
She was the cherished grandmother of Erica Rotstein and Ian Kagey, Benjamin Rotstein and Nicole Hakakian, Lewis Rotstein and Lizette Rotstein.
Phyllis was also the proud great-grandmother of Rhea Rotstein and Aurora Rotstein, who brought her immense joy and pride.
A Chapel Service for Phyllis will be held at Riverside-Nassau North Chapels, 55 North Station Plaza, Great Neck, NY on Tuesday - October 13, 2026, at 9:30 am.
A Committal Service will immediately follow at New Montefiore Cemetery, 1180 Wellwood Ave, West Babylon, NY.
