Adela married Merced Villegas Luna in December 1950 in San Benito, Texas. They moved to Greeley in 1961.
Adela was a believer in the Christian faith. She was a homemaker and had a big heart for everyone. She was open to help anyone in need, if someone was hungry she would feed them. Adela loved to make quilts and give them to family and friends.
Adela is survived by her children Jessie Luna, Robert Luna, Josephine Luna and Adela Zavala; a sister Cecila Rangel all of Greeley; 13 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Merced on March 25, 2011, a son Merced Luna Jr.; a daughter Alice Luna; infant son Jose De Jesus Luna and a grandson Matthew Luna.
Private family service will be held at Linn Grove Cemetery.
