Alex was born on August 6, 1970, to Alexander Adame and June Ladner. One of fourteen children, he was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado, where he spent his early years before moving to the Denver area at the age of sixteen.
In 1993, Alex enlisted in the United States Air Force, a decision that reflected his strong sense of duty and service. During his military career, he was stationed in Japan when he met his future wife, Akiko Chen. Following his honorable discharge, Alex remained in Japan until he and Akiko returned to the United States to build a life together and raise their family. He remained deeply proud of his military service throughout his life.
Alex was passionate about his Native American and Mexican heritage and took great pride in honoring the traditions and values that shaped him. Above all else, however, he was most proud of his children. His family was the center of his world and his greatest source of joy.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Akiko Chen; his children, Vidal Adame, Josie Adame, Casey Adame, Selena Johnson, and Taisha Noble; two cherished grandchildren; his many siblings; and a large extended family of relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander Adame and June Ladner, and by two children, Allene and Ian; and his sister, Lilly.
Alex will be remembered for his devotion to family, his pride in his heritage, his service to his country, and the love he shared with those who were fortunate enough to know him. His memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
