He was born on May 10, 1948 to Donald and Virginia Broun and was a graduate of Adams State University. He taught for over 30 years as an Elementary school teacher. In his college years he toured Europe with Adams State Choir. Music and singing continued to be a passion throughout his life.
Anthony is survived by his wife Kathy Stolte Broun, daughters; Leanna Gieling(Matt), Julia Barringer(Cyrus), grandchildren; Sabastian Barringer, Dakota Barringer, Alyssa Gieling, Kara Gieling, and his siblings; Donald Broun of California, Richard Broun of Utah, and Kathryn Broun Spight of Arizona.
Services will be held at Christ Community Church (1301 15th St., Greeley, Colorado 80634) on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 1:00 p.m.
