Ashley Lynn Betters

Ashley Lynn was born on October 15, 1982 in Casper, Wyoming. Her happy spirit touched everyone she met.

She graduated from Rocky Mountain High School in Fort Collins. She attended Eastern New Mexico University in Roswell, New Mexico.

She is survived by her parents, brother, aunts and uncles, Ann Stoddard and Tom Hunsucker, Janet and Bob Jewett, Dorla and Wilson Herrod and Jim and Pam Betters, as well as numerous cousins.

Visitation will be from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. with services following on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 1:00 p.m., at Allnutt Funeral Service.

Contributions may be donated in Ashley's honor to Foothills Gateway, in care of Allnutt Funeral Service, 650 W. Drake Rd., Fort Collins, CO 80526.

Ashley had many happy times in her short life! She also had many struggles and throughout them all, she fought back with courage, dignity, stubbornness and independence. Her kindness touched many. She loved music, especially Taylor Swift. She loved parties, flowers, jewelry and bling. She loved anything purple. In the last couple of years of her life, she had many happy hours with her Fiancé, George. She had such a fun sense of humor and loved to make others laugh. She could do that easily. She had no problem with telling you how it was and how she felt. She loved movies, anything from Disney to the scariest of scaries. Nothing pleased her more than a night out at a nice restaurant, enjoying good food, family and friends. Her family and friends enjoyed her happy spirit and quick wit.

The hole she has left in all of our lives will never be filled. The courage she showed and the memories she left will last forever.
