Barbara Ellen Solano

Barbara was a hard working individual who loved the simple pleasures in life. She loved spending time with her family, decorating and hosting holidays, cooking amazing food, fishing, watching country western films, playing slot machines, and spending as much time with her Husband, Ray, and her family.  Barbara and Ray were married on June 24, 1995. They spent 44 loving years together. What a wonderful accomplishment that she worked 40 years at NCMC and she took retirement from there.

Barbara is survived in life by her husband, Raymond Phillip Solano, daughters, Kim (Rick) Whitman, Tracy Spradling, Tammy Reid, son, Michael Spradling, sister, Bonnie Walker, Grandchildren, Chris (Tara) Andrade, Michael Spradling Jr., Cody (Claudia) Spradling, great-grandchildren, Kade Andrade, Kolin Andrade, Aiden Andrade, Micah Andrade, Maddox Andrade, Kennedi Spradling, Jaxson Spradling, great-great-grandchildren, Autumn Andrade, Angel Andrade, one more great-great grandchild on the way and a large extended family.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Lydia Walker, siblings, Dorothy, Roland, Shirley, Marlene, Leland, Eileen, and granddaughter Jennifer Spradling.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, August 1, 2025 12:00 p.m. at Stoddard Funeral Home, 3205 West 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634.
