Ben worked at Nufinish Inc for over 12 years where he found a second family. Ben was a rock and metal music lover and avid concert goer. He was known for being the quiet guy, but to those who knew him best he had a wicked sense of humor, a quick wit, and a sharp tongue. He'll be remembered for his gentle nature with kids and babies, and his ever present baseball cap and band tee.
Ben is survived by his mother Janie Bondhus, brothers Manuel Montez, Scott Jones, Eric Jones, Nick Beiker, and sisters Linda Brooks, Lisa Montez, Kelly Kessman and little sister Karey Montez.
He is preceded in death by his father Joe Montez and brother Daniel Montez.
The family would like to extend special gratitude to Len Carlos and Tyler Hendrix.
A celebration of life and potluck will be held at Timberline Church in Fort Collins Thursday November 18th at 1pm.
