Bonnie May Wulf

Bonnie May Wulf, 91, of Milliken, Colorado died July 11, 2015 at Life Care Center of Greeley. She was born May 1, 1924 in Cedardale, Oklahoma to Henry Washington and Mary Ellen (Weise) Case. The family moved to Phillipsburg, Kansas area where she lived and attended school. The family moved to Milliken in the 1930’s where she grew up and finished her education at Milliken Schools.

Bonnie met Harold Wulf in Milliken and they were married on August 28, 1940 in Kimball, Nebraska. He died May 21, 1988. After their marriage, they lived in Fort Collins for a short time. Bonnie worked for Furr’s Cafeteria with her children Irma and Jim. She retired in 1976. After that time she worked part-time as a calf feeder at Rueben Bernhardt Dairy for 5 years and then she and her husband completely retired. Bonnie was a very giving person and always helped those in need. She joined Merry Mixers Square Dancing and enjoyed being a member of the group. She also enjoyed baking, quilting and making candy expecially fudge and peanut clusters. Bonnie also made Teddy Bears to give away.

Bonnie is survived by her daughters Betty Burke of Farnsworth, Texas, Irma (Richard) McMillan of Mesa, Arizona and Danette (David) Crespin of Milliken; sons Richard (Peggy) Wulf of Loveland and James (Kathy) Wulf of Crocker, Missouri; one sister Goldie L. DeWilde of Wheat Ridge; 17 Grandchildren; 22 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sons Gary Lee Wulf, Earl Wulf, Verl Wulf; six brothers Clark Case, James Case, George Case, Wes Case, Dale Case and Ralph Case; three sisters Bertha Case, Lillian Gulley and Sarah Morton.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Interment following at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
