I was Dr. Vogel's patient for 15 years.  Great guy and will be missed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vogels for several years and was so sad to hear of his passing.  He was so kind and caring and will be truly missed.  My condolences to his family and colleagues.

I just learned the news of Dr. Vogel yesterday and I'm still quite stunned to hear of his passing.  I and my son had been his patient for at least 15 years and last saw him for my annual in April.  

We would joke that since I'd been seeing him for so long that we saw each other age over the years.

Dr. Vogel was an extraordinary doctor possessing incredible patience for those of us with complex eye issues.  It didn't matter how many times I had to come in for a refitting,  he was always determined to get to the bottom of my eye issues and find a solution.

I just heard the news and I am so sorry for your loss--for everyone.  I have been a patient of Dr. Vogel for at least 20 years. He helped me through having eye surgery and made sure I knew he was going to be there for me every step of the way.  He calmed my nerves with his approach to always check and double check the process.  When I went to the surgery center in Denver they had told me he was the number one doctor on their list.  I am so grateful to have had him take care of me.

I recently took my daughter in for her first eye exam and was proud to introduce them as to carry on the tradition of receiving such wonderful care from him.  He was so patient with her.  I feel so blessed to have had known him for so long and to be his patient.

I was shocked and truly saddened to hear about Dr. Vogel's passing. He'd been my optometrist for almost fifteen years, and I so appreciated his patience with me (as I flinched all too frequently during my eye exams, usually at the most inopportune times) and his kindness. Dr. Vogel has taken care of me and my family for over 20 years.  He was so patient with my children and took the time to explain things to them and answer all their questions. I was very sad to learn of Brad's death.  I met Brad at Wells Fargo about 10 years ago. Brad served as a committee member for the Curtis Trust Fund for over a decade.  Brad was an excellent volunteer and added great insight and professionalism to the committee.  The Fund has donated thousands of dollars to impact the life of local youth and Brad had a major part in making those decions. Brad shared a deep concern for improving the health of everyone, particularly children.  He will be greatly missed. I pray for comfort for his family and friends.

I found out today about Heaven's new angel. I am heart broken. While I simply called on Eyecare Associates for 5+ years, and my interactions were all on a business level, I could tell that outside of his profession, he was a true gem. I went to another eye doctor one time when Brad wasn't available. Big mistake..he gave me the wrong prescription. But Brad fixed it.
