I guess it's never too late to say goodbye.  I am filled with so many emotions when I think of Carl and Bernice.  I know that they are together in heaven and that we will all see them again.  My sincere condolances to the entire Roby family.  Thank you for sharing them with all of us.

We were so sorry we missed Carl's memorial.  What a great guy.  Our memories go back many years.  All are warm and many are funny!  But my recent memory is when I was working at Timberline Medical.  The many many times Carl brought Berneice in for appointments.  He was always so incredibly tender and loving toward her.  It was obvious that he cared deeply for her.  Two very special people will be missed by many!!

Our hearts are with you at this sad time.  We are thankful for all the wonderful memories of your parents.  All of us who grew up in Estes were touched by the lives of your folks.

I'm very sorry to hear of your loss of Bernice and now Carl.
They both were a large part of my growing up in Estes.  I was a carhop with Jim at the Dude Drive In, worked in the fountain area, got up very early to make donuts and learned a lot about working from both of them.  I enjoyed cooking for the Square Dancers and watching Carl and Bernice square dancing - they really had fun! It was a great summer job and a great place to work! They brought a great sense of family values to many of the kids of Estes - they will be missed.

To the Robys I was saddended by the loss of Carl, he gave me my first job at the kitchen, Carl and Berniece were such nice people. Please take care

Our sincere condolences to the Roby family.  Carl and Berneice were such an important part of the school.  Their meals were a delight - of course - the sticky buns and special cakes were great.  They made Tina's wedding cake.  Their children were special in my fourth grade.  Our loss is heaven's gain.

Jim, Bob and Katherine...your parents were both such great people.  I remember as a young kid trying to save enough money to go down to Roby's Kitchen and have the 99 cent breakfast.  So many of us that grew up in Estes have your folks to thank for the great lunches over the years.  I'll forever remember their krautburgers, and especially the donuts and sticky buns.  My condolences to you all.

To Carl's & Berneice's Family--
   It's with sadness, and gladness, that we think of you all.  Sad that you've had to give up the two pillars in your lives within such a short time.  Glad for those Two to be free of pain and illness, together in Heaven after such long and productive lives.  Our family has special memories of all the Robys which span so many years.
