Charles graduated from Moanalua High School in Honolulu, Hawaii and attended Aims Community College in Greeley. He lived in Hawaii, California, Denver, Littleton, Greeley, and La Salle. He met his wife, Hope in Hawaii.
Charles was a mechanic, school bus driver, and truck driver. He enjoyed cooking, camping, hiking, photography, and loved his dogs.
He is survived by his wife Hope; father Richard Evans; son Champ; daughter Sierra and brothers Isaac and Tom Evans. He was preceded in death by his mother, Maria.
