Clarence and I, Ethel Greenly, are cousins and had many fun and unforgettable times. One time is when I, a lefty, cold cocked Clarence when we were boxing this was when we were little kids. Another is when he, my brother Bob, and a friend put Limburger Cheese in many different parts of our car on my wedding day, stunk for many weeks after. Our Family will miss Clarence and his onryness, God bless!!

Our friendship with Clarence was very special no matter where Life took us! He knew how to live a full life and shared so many adventures whether it was hunting trips, spending long hours at Racer's Roost building race cars, camping, boating or dancing a wild polka! He will truly be missed!

It's been a long while since I've seen Clarence, but he and my dad used to race with and against each other. I always enjoyed the times they got together and told stories of their racing past. What I remember most of Clarence is the twinkle in his eyes and his perpetual smile. His language was as rough as his hands at times, but he truly was a gentle man.

Clarence was a friend of my family's, one of the founding fathers of Good Times Car Club, and an all around great man if you were lucky enough to the real man behind the gruff and sometimes crude extior. I'm sorry to hear that such a great man is gone. He will be missed ( maybe not at the track, but hey, rubbin is racin. Right). Gods speed Mr, Krieger.

My twin sister Carol Bond and I remember him in our high school class at Greeley Central high. Class of 1957 and then at class reunions. Lots of good memories from that group. Connie (Bond) Morey

He had a tough guy exterior but was a gentle giant. If he considered you a friend you were lucky. He was always making someone laugh. Miss you!
