I became Clyde's daughter-in-law over 36 years ago and the Gillogly family welcomed me with open arms. Clyde would be the first to say that his greatest accomplishment was his family over anything else he was awarded in his life. He easily could sit an visit with anyone and somehow discovered a connection to someone or someplace he knew. An avid card player he taught many of his kids and grand kids how to play poker and many other card games. My husband Tim started a beer can collection when he was in his teens and Clyde would check trash cans, stop along side a road, or just plain ask someone for their can to help his son with his collecting. Through his work the family transferred several times and to my good fortune Hays, Kansas was one of them, which lead to me meeting Tim their youngest son. We have celebrated a lifetime of memories and the legacy Clyde gave us and know in our hearts "Each Day Counts". We Love You and Will Miss You "CB"

Clyde and Kay welcomed my sister Christy into the family and treated her as one of there own. I have always enjoyed stories that were shared over the years involving Clyde. He will be dearly missed by many.
