

Coleman James Cronan, 56, of Fort Collins, Colorado left his earthly life on Saturday, July 16, 2016. He was born on August 5th, 1959 in Norwood, Massachusetts to Richard Cronan and Lorraine Brown. He graduated Norwood High School in 1977. He received a Bachelor of Science (1982) and Master of Science (1988) in Electrical Engineering, and Master of Business Administration (1995) from Northeastern University.
Prior to moving to Colorado, Coleman worked for the Sanders Corporation and the Mitre Corporation in New Hampshire as an engineer. Over the last 20 years, he was employed with Hewlett-Packard (HP) in Fort Collins. Coleman was a valued and respected Research and Development Project Manager with HP who lead multi-disciplined teams of engineers. Through his church, Coleman volunteered as a Financial Peace University Leader, teaching money management. Coleman also volunteered for several years with the Larimer County Search and Rescue Dive Team.
Coleman is survived by his wife, Rhonda Cronan and children, Sarah Valdez, and Aubrey Eggiman; his mother, Lorraine Brown; his father and step-mother, Richard and Rita Cronan; and his siblings, David Cronan, Kathy Milender, Thomas Cronan, Steven Cronan, Cindy Cronan, and Richard Cronan. Coleman was a devoted and loving husband, wonderful father, and loyal friend. His faith in Christ guided his life. He will always be remembered for how well he cared and provided for his family and loved ones, his generous nature, and his servant’s heart.
Coleman loved to spend time with his family, including their dog Kiko, and with neighbors and friends. He was an excellent cook, an avid cyclist, masters certified scuba diver, and had a passion for sailing. He is greatly loved, deeply missed, and will always be remembered in the hearts of those who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 22, 2016, 2:00 pm at Foundations Church in Loveland, Colorado. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made payable to Foundations Church for the Coleman J. Cronan Financial Peace University Scholarship Fund.
