Cynthia "Cindy" Jean Ognjanov

She was born on November 19, 1949 in Greeley, Colorado to Harold and Betty Groves Kramer. She grew up alongside her sisters Debbie, Cheryl, and Carol, and her half-siblings Gerold "Jerry," Lori, and Kim.

In July 1967, Cindy married Larry Nicks, and together they welcomed their daughter, Tracy. They were later divorced.

Cindy began her career in hospitality at The Inn in Estes Park, Colorado before moving to Phoenix, Arizona where she accepted a position with Greyhound where she quickly fell in love with the Arizona heat. While working there, she met John Ognjanov and the two were married in 1998. Together they shared a lifetime of adventure, working and traveling to places many only dream of visiting.

She then became Hospitality Manager at Glacier Park in Montana, where she flourished and eventually became President before retiring. She proudly considered herself a snowbird during that time, spending summers in Montana and winters in Arizona while enjoying a work-life balance she truly loved. She was deeply loved by her employees and remained friends with many of them long after retiring.

Cindy was a social butterfly, introducing herself wherever she went and leaving a lasting impact on countless lives. She enjoyed golfing, gardening, cooking with family, and-perhaps most of all-getting her nails done.

Above all, Cindy loved her family. She treasured her life with John and cherished her grandchildren, Kelsi and Garret, and her four great-grandchildren, Emeryn, Everett, Wade, and Wyatt, with all her heart.

Cindy was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Betty Groves; her sisters, Debbie and Cheryl; her half-brother, Gerold "Jerry"; and her daughter, Tracy.

A Celebration Of Life will be held on July 27, 2026, at 10:00 am at Allnutt Funeral Service, Macy Chapel, 6521 W. 20th Street, Greeley, Colorado with a reception immediately to follow.

Cindy will be remembered for her adventurous spirit, generous heart, and the love she shared with her family and friends. Her kindness and warmth will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
