Daniel was born in Greeley, Colorado October 30, 2018. He proved from the start that he had a tenacious spirit when he survived a difficult birth and early life. Daniel overcame many obstacles in his short life. Although he couldn't convey emotion through facial expressions due to his myotonic dystrophy, Daniel had the sweetest voice that he used to sing and talk with those who took the time to listen. Daniel also used his eyes to navigate a speaking device to communicate his wants, needs and thoughts. He was not above being sassy, in the best ways.
Daniels body did not let him do all of the things he would have liked to do, but that did not stop him from enjoying life. Daniel enjoyed school and friends. He loved music, to dance and bubbles. One of Daniel's favorite places to be was in the arms of a loved one. Daniel went to Disneyland with his family and
talked about how much he "liked it" from his first taste of the attractions in Downtown Disney up until the week of his passing.
Daniel is preceded in death by his grandfather Robert Walker, Grandmother Cynthia Greaves, and brother Malachi Jonah Walker.
Daniel was loved by many and is survived by his parents, Kurt and Jennifer Walker, his siblings Kayla, Renae, Noah, Michele, Erica, Hadassah, Emma, Joshua, Levi, Jacob, Adrian, Micah, Elijah and Isaac Walker, his grandmother Cheryl Walker, several nieces and a nephew.
