Deborah Lee Meador

Debbi was born September 13, 1971 in Syracuse, NY to Robert and Gyl Condojani. After high school Debbi attended Florida State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing. She married Jeffrey Meador in May 15, 2004 in Highlands Ranch and had three daughters. Debbi and Jeff enjoyed a second home in Estes Park, CO and enjoyed being with their daughters in Rocky Mountain National Park. Immediately after college she worked for a variety of Public Relations firms and Corporate Marketing departments where her strengths in organization, event planning and crisis communications were showcased.

In October 1997 Debbi founded On The Ball Babysitting Service, rocketing this type of service to a new level in Colorado before selling the business in July 2001. In December 1999 she founded KidsTown Drop-In Child Care Center in Parker, CO and then KidsTown Franchising, Inc. shortly afterwards. Debbi challenged then spearheaded the states rules on drop-in child care, by bringing change through the State Legislation to allow drop-in child care to be allowed in Colorado to this day.

Deborah is survived by her loving husband Jeff Meador, three beautiful daughters Vivian (8), Sabrina (6) and Scarlett (4) all of Highlands Ranch, CO, sister Shanna Ashe and niece Casandra Ashe of California.

A private celebration of life took place in Estes Park on November 24, 2017 with interment following at Estes Valley Memorial Gardens.
