Paul was a well rounded fly-fisherman with an indescribable love for training and riding horses. He was also an avid skydiver who turned professional. After Paul moved to Fort Collins, he opened a restaurant called Ten Bears BBQ which was wildly popular. Paul was well known for his love of cooking and smoking BBQ, catering to all of the people he loved.
