I'm so sorry I wasn't able to pay my respects in person.Alice was my sister-in-law for 37 years & I will cherish the many wonder full memories we shared over the years. We have many fond memories of Alice and the family. We are sorry to hear of her  death. Our thoughts go out to each and everyone of you. We never make burritos but we think of Alice teaching Skip how to make his own.Our best to you all.

I am so sorry for all of your loss. I love each and every one of you and your mother treated me like one of her own. I cannot express how sorry I am and how I wish she wasn't so ill over the past few years. I want you all to know that she has left an indelible mark on my life that I will always hold near and dear to my heart. Somthing I want all of her childern to remember.......... WE'RE ALL TERMINAL. some of us are just lucky enough to know it. life is a spiritual journey. and sometime all you have to do is show up an have a little faith that something undefined amazing is possible any day. and every now and then right when you least expect it. something does happen. we are no more in control then a feather is in the wind an all you know is that the force moving you is so strong that you just hangon in wonder there is nothing but the moment and the sense of dancing with angeles.

i remember my tia when she used to live  near the corn field. she used to have roosters and all of us kids would go out side to play and the roosters would chase us and we would run  and start crying and laughing at the same time. tia would laugh at us.there were soo many memories at tia house. u will be missed tia. and i know one day we will see u again.love from felisha jesse christina ronnie melissa and billy.(carmens kids)

I imagine there is no worse time than the loss of a mother. Your mom was truly one of the most open and giving human beings I have ever met. I am so blessed to have known her. Alice's kindness and loving spirit will be greatly missed. God has unchained her from her suffering and greeted into her next life in heaven.
