I had the pleasure of working with Elnora from the day she reported for duty with the U.S. Geological Survey until the day she retired. A more dedicated public servant cannot be found!
My deepest sympathy to the family. I know personally that with Alzheimer's you lose your loved one twice. May the memories of this wonderful human being sustain you.

What a delightful woman!  I well remember her common sense, even now hearing Elnora's voice when I do a task that we had once shared.  ""Tape is cheaper than losing those water samples because the box opened"", I can hear her say.  She was kind and warm to us all.
