She was the daughter of the late Victor Palamino and Tomey R. Palamino. Frances attended Greeley schools and worked as a dental assistant at the Sunrise Health Clinic. Frances loved gardening and cooking, she is well known for her tamales and canned dill pickles.
Frances is survived by her sister Erlinda Palamino, her children Pedro B. Gutierrez (Nancy), Carmen Gutierrez, Ruperto Gutierrez (Mary Jane), Victoria Bernal and Albert Gutierrez (deceased), fourteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren and twelve great great-grandchildren.
Frances is preceded in death her spouse, Pedro B. Gutierrez, who passed in October of 1999.
A memorial service for Frances will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Allnutt Funeral Service, Macy Chapel, 6521 W. 20th Street, Greeley, with a reception to follow.
