

“Peggy” Francis Marie Rall died peacefully at her home, surrounded by her children. Peggy was born on October 6, 1927, to Howell Giles and Margaret Ramirez. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Frank Rogers and George Rall, her sister, Lana Giles, and brother, Bobby Molina.
Peggy is survived by her daughter, Frankie Rogers and son-in-law Paul Greene of Loveland, stepson, George Rall Jr, and brother,Tom Giles. She was a loving aunt and left ten nephews and nieces.
She moved at age 65 from Torrance, California to Greeley, Colorado. She was employed at UNC for over twenty years, retiring at the age of 85. She attended UNC football games and rode in the parades waving at the crowd in her football uniform. She enjoyed playing Mahjong, gardening, knitting, solving crossword puzzles and playing scrabble with her daughter. She loved animals and her companion for the last thirteen years was her beloved dog, Zoey. She most enjoyed spending time with her kids. She was a dedicated and hard worker, compassionate and giving person, and a loyal friend. Her children describe her as “awesome and truly amazing”. Peggy lived with Paul and Frankie the last three years of her life.
Thank you for all the love and support you showed us Mom, life will not be the same without you. You were dearly loved, and you will be dearly missed.
A Celebration of life will be held Friday, January 9th, 2026 2:00 pm At Allnutt Macy Chapel, 6521 West 20th Street, Greeley, CO 80631.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that charitable donations be sent to Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud, 437 N Garfield Ave, Loveland, CO 80537.
