Frances was born January 1, 1929 to David and Josephine Ramos in Texas. She moved to Colorado and was married to Joe Villegas for 59 years. She was a faithful member of First Assembly of God church in Greeley.
She is survived by husband Joe Villegas of Greeley, sons Joseph and Jerry, grandchildren Amanda, Lauren, Sarah, Rachel, Emma, siblings Lucy Rodriguez, Ruth Villegas, Esther Romo, Daniel Ramos, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation: March 14, 5-8 PM at Stoddard Funeral Home, Memorial Service, March 15, 2:00 PM, First Presbyterian Church, Greeley.
