Grady was a kind soul, I'm deeply saddened to have heard of his passing today as I stopped to look for him at the Guadalupe center. Grady and I use to play chess at the Guadalupe center a few years back.  He was my friend. I will always remember joking around  with him and talking about history and religion. 

I had the pleasure of knowing Grady in his time at the Guadalupe Apartments. He was a kind, gentle, artful soul. When I left my position there, he made me a picture with a thank you note and I still have it hanging in my current office. Since leaving there, I would occasionally see him riding his skateboard down 11th and it always made me smile. I will always fondly remember him taking his cat out on his skateboard and bringing her(or him) to the park.  Grady will be missed by many, including me.
