I remember meeting the family two days after arriving in Fort Collins in Aug. 1963.  Harry and wife Eleanor had gone to bat for us and secured housing before we arrived and then had us for a meal in their home.  There were three of us Jozsef, Verna and 6 week old Ilona.  How nice it was to be welcomed so warmly by the entire family.
Over the years Joe worked with Harry and occasionally we saw the family. 
  Even though I had not seen ""Tiger"" in many years it was a shock to see the death notice. My condolences to all of you as you adjust to life without this special family member.

Dear Robin and family, I can only imagine how hard this is for all of you. The Troxells are just such ""good people"" as my dad used to say. Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you.

The Gail Hamilton family dearly loved the Troxell family.  Our thoughts and hearts are with you.  Tiger was an amazing child who grew up to be a magnificant man.  He leaves an amazing legacy to those of us who remember him from years ago.

  My family moved to Colo in 1959 and one of the first people I met was Tiger. We were the same age and same class At Dunn through CSU. He helped me with sports, and even showed me how to be a proper paperboy. He delivered the Denver Post and I delivered the Coloradoan. We would meet on Sunday mornings at the end of our routes.
     Tiger was a great athlete, scholastic achiever and treated people with decency.
 I never knew he joined the Service, but not surprised.
 He is truly the best representative of Ft.Collins finest.

Robin and family:  I am so sorry for your lose. Harry was a great carver and we will all truly miss him. We had appreciated the time last year that you and Harry let the club hold a class at your house.  Our prayers are with you and the family in this time.

So sorry to hear about Harry. He was a good man who treated everyone with respect and kindness. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Troxell family.
