He attended Timnath Schools. He met his future wife, Oleta Meisner Weber, in Luther League. Harvey loved farming and farmed for years until 1971 when he moved his family to Greeley. He loved raising sugar beets and was an award-winning High 10 grower.

He was an avid sports fan. He loved attending Eaton High School sporting events, and loved watching the Rockies and Nuggets on TV. He was named Fan of the Week by the Greeley Tribune for never missing an Eaton sporting event. He is a member of the Eaton Evangelical Free Church and thoroughly enjoyed his Monday morning men’s coffee with the other “old fogies” and playing Wii bowling with his friends.

He recently said it was joyous raising five children on a farm. His children include: Maynard Weber (Starla) of Anthem, Arizona; Vicki Sandin (Brent) of Spokane, Washington; Marty Weber (Susan) of Platteville, Colorado; Valori Weber of Eaton, Colorado; and Vonda Weber (Ric) of Evans, Colorado; grandchildren: Michael and Tyler Weber, Jeremy and Derek Sandin, Mollie Beleiciks, Jeff Meyers, Eli and Riley Weber, Amelia Goering, Ruben Martinez, Cassie Gettman, Alex Weber, plus 16 great-grandchildren.

Harvey was a great man. Both he and Oleta welcomed us to their family when my father married Vonda. I remember his smile and giggle when we'd call him grandpa. And he did save my life once...we went horseback riding, my first time ever and my horse decided to gallop off and he chased us and got my horse to stop. Thank you Harvey. God Bless you and your family!

I remember Harvey as a kind and caring person. He was my sponsor when I was baptized in 1943. My mother Helen Silkis was
Harvey's mother's sister. She always had great things to say about him.
God Bless You Harvey Weber.

Harvey and his wife always carried themselves with such dignity and joy, respect and honor. Always was a blessing to see them arrive with their wonderful, talented family. Love them all. Blessings on them all.
