I was so sorry to hear about your mom.  She was a gracious and generous woman. I really enjoyed visiting with her at Borders along with my mom.  She was one of my mom's close friends and will be dearly missed by her.  I know mom loved her and was extremely sad that she could not be at the services today. I'm sorry I was unable to attend the funeral today.  I want to tell you what a pleasure it was to know your mom (grandmother)and you all.  You all are a testimony to the loving care your mom gave you-you all are such wonderful people, quick to give and love others.  
When Irene was here she had some pretty serious health issues she was dealing with but underneath all of that, I could tell that she loved to entertain, to give her love of the Lord to others, and she had a wonderful sense of humor.  Just looking in her room with all of those giraffes made me smile every time I went in there to see her.  
May the Lord be with you during this time of loss and know we say payers for you here at GSW.

Irene and I shared many days at South Valley Middle School. We shared our hopes, dreams and fears for our children and grandchildren--she was always very proud of her family. On the coldest of days we
were on playground duty--I was freezing while she enjoyed the ""brisk"" air. I always wanted her to be my ""secret pal""--she had
the most exquisite taste.  I loved stopping to visit her and her dollhouse.  After she moved
to Greeley if I wanted to talk to 
Irene, I went to Borders--there I
would find her in a comfortable chair. Thinking and praying for all of you at this time.

Our family, Ron, Roxie, Mistaya, and Abby, wants to express our sincere sympathy to each of Irene's loved ones.  May it comfort you to know she is out of pain and finally at rest. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time.
