Dear Little Jake, I wish we had met you in person.  Your beautiful family shared your journey with us and we are so grateful because you reminded us what bravery, grace and preciousness look like.  We are sending thoughts prayers and hugs to you in heaven and to your dear family who misses you so.

Even though we are miles apart...we are family and my heart aches for all of you and the loss of little Jake.  He will always be with all of you, this whisper in the wind, a wonderful memory,  every time you look at Cruz. Cherish his time with you, and know that he was here for the time God allowed, until he needed another angel,

We have so many great memories with Jake and his family. I had forgotten about our assembly line tubby time with all five boys. We love you forever Jake. A piece of our heart is in heaven with you. We will always remember and miss you.

The Texas Meisenbach's really enjoyed our Spring Break 2015 with Jake and the Colorado Meisenbach's! Miss ya little guy! Your always in our thoughts!

I remember bringing my son, CJ, to see you in the hospital and helping with the school clean up and holding and playing games with you and your brothers and watching your journey playout on Facebook.  I'm so grateful your Mom and family members shared so much with all of us!  You are my Superhero, Jake!
