James grew up in Westminster, CO and attended Westminster High School before being drafted into the Army to serve in the Vietnam war. After returning home, he dedicated most of his career to the oil and gas industry before retiring to care for his wife.
He is survived by his loving daughters Kristi Jo (Butch Hunter), Chinon (Josh Vannoy) and Alicia (Jeff Higdon) and his son Ryan (Jennifer), 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and by the many family and friends that loved and adored him.
James is preceded in death by his wife, Deborha, and parents, James William Sr. and Kathleen Marshall.
The family would like to Thank you for all your love and support.
He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
