James “Jimbo” Overturf, 77, of Loveland, passed away peacefully October 1, 2016. Jim was born and raised in Loveland, Colorado. On February 17, 1966, he married Nancy Ann Clark in Lyons, CO. Jim worked for the Thompson School District, primarily at Centennial, as a custodian for 30 years. All the students referred to him as “Mr. O.”
Jim is survived by his daughter, Brandi Renea Dunlap and her husband Robert of Greeley, CO. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:30pm on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Park Regency, 1875 Fall River Drive in Loveland. In honor of Jim's ""sweet tooth"", please feel free to bring one of his favorite desserts to share after the service. Memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter of your choice.
