Jim was born May 30, 1941 in Fountain Colorado to Viola and Hiram Tatman. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree Agriculture Business. His passion was livestock, ranching, the cowboy way and his family. Jim loved spending time with his family especially his grandchild.
Jim is survived by: wife of 49 years, Lydia; son, Bryce; daughter, Chaundra and her husband Kevin; daughter, Garnet; grandchildren, Kodee, Kassidy, Kree and Kord; siblings, Bert, William, and Sharon; and mother-in-law, Lydia.
A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00pm on Monday May 15th, 2017 at Allnutt Drake Reception Center, 650 W. Drake Rd., Fort Collins, CO 80526.
