My sincere condolences to Corrine and Jim's children. There were a handful of positive things I have experienced since moving to fort collins. One was definitely getting to know Jim and Corrine. Jim was more enjoyable to be around than almost anyone I know. Because of the businesses and organizations that I owned and belong to I got to meet and know many people. And Jim you were, and im certain, still are a ray of light in the next life. I was so saddened to see you leave us. I miss will miss you.

My family sends out condolences on the passing of Jim. I am sorry for the lateness as I just found out. I have very fond memories of your entire family because you were always very good to me and my family. I remember the summer I came and stayed at your house for a while when I was young and I will never forget how good of people you all were to me. Bulldogs are still a part of my life and whenever I think of any names to true professionals you and Jim are the first thing that comes to my mind. I still remember the days at the dog shows when we had Jon Boys puppy ""Big Mack"" and they were very good times. May Jim rest in peace and God bless all of you in your futures.

From the first time I met Jim, he showed me unconditional love. In 2007 he became my father-in-law.   Jim treated me like his own daughter and became instant grandpa to Savanna & Jack!  Jim radiates light that shines on in all of us that knew him!  I wish I had more time with him, but feel honored for the years we had:) We miss you! Rest and know you are an example to live up to!  I will miss your smile, laugh and your wave goodbye from the drive way!    Most of all, who will buy me new farm animals?

To Corinne,   Sorry for your loss.   We got one of Jim's bulldog puppy years ago.  Meeting you and Jim in your home and picking out that special puppy (Cooper) out of the blue swimming pool was a High Light day.   Thank you for the memories. To Jims family I am so sorry for you loss. I worked for Jim at Csu, he was a great man and fun boss. Jim had a kind heart for people and animals. He also treated me as family, like a father figure. I am blessed for the time he was in my life. God Bless you Jim!

Corinne, it breaks my heart not to be able to attend Jim's memorial today.  Please know that I love you both and know your great loss.  He was a fine man and I still remember his patience so vividly, when he tended your mother on her last day.  He truly blessed me with his attention to her.  I know she will be waiting for him with a loving hug.

Uncle Jim, you were the sweetest man I have ever known! You were a man who had the biggest heart. I loved to just watch you at 4th of July, you could tell you loved your family with all your heart and you were so proud of each and every one of them. I have always been so proud and honored to have an uncle like you! I loved how every time I saw you, you would always tell me how beautiful I was, you knew how to always put a smile on my face! I remember spending the night with you so I could help you with your puppies and in the morning you took me to Verns for breakfast and I saw you dip your bacon in ketchup, now I don't eat my bacon any other way! :) I love you so very much Uncle Jim. I know by the man you were that you had the most gorgeous wings waiting for you up there! Watch over all of us and keep us safe! I'm going to miss you!

I don't know if there are words to express our love and deep respect for Jim.  He was an awesome human being, mentor and friend with a gentle soul and a quiet spirit.  And an excellent sense of humor! I know that we will find comfort in the good times we shared - and we hope that everyone else whose lives he touched will do the same. Jim always greeted me with a smile,  a hug and a kiss.  He was a gentle and sweet man.  I am grateful that I was able to share  some moments with him at Dog Shows the past few years.  He will be missed and  our prayers  go out to Corinne and the rest of the family.  Godspeed Jim.

Jim was one of the best persons I have known.  Always a smile and greeting whenever I saw him.  He loved his family, dogs, and friends.  His rapport with his dogs was magical.  He loved to compete but was respectful of his competitors. He was a man of integrity and compassion.  I have lost a dear friend.  I can only imagine Jim reunited with his beloved Jon-Boy and his many other bulldogs.  Rest in peace dear friend.
