I was saddened to read of your Dad passing and extend my deepest sympathy to you, your Mom and all of the family for your loss. Your folks took good care of us during the Sterling years, even when we did not deserve it!

Axelson Family - Sorry to hear about John. I know he was special to my dad and mom (Carroll and Vivian) and I remember many visits to the farm and visiting at Crossroads.  As I recall, a lot of that conversation was about cars and especially Fords!  My sympathies to all of you.  John was a special man.

Can't help but think of lots and lots of family gatherings..4th of July picnics at the big house, Thanksgivings at the Riders, and school gatherings when we kids were little.  Please accept my sympathies and know you are in my thoughts.

Dear Ruth, Howard, and your families -
Please accept my condolences on John's passing. He was always a true gentleman - and a very funny one! - when we were negotiating the sale of the 55th St. farm to the City of Boulder. I never pass by there without thinking of his enduring memory.
