My sincerest condolences to Scott, Nancy, family, and friends who knew and loved Jack. I have many memories of my brother which I will forever cherish. I am deeply saddened by his passing, but know that he is in a better place. The Jack we all knew was changing with his illness and that is hard to cope with. I pray you find comfort in the loving memories you hold in your heart for what the heart has once owned it shall never lose. Those we love are a gift to be treasured, a loss to be mourned, and a part of our hearts forever. May his promise of eternal life comfort you. With our deepest sympathy, love and prayers.

My deepest sympathy to Scott, Nancy and all who cared for Jack. Being just 14 months older than Jack, I have many memories of childhood, school days and later years -- some happy, some sad. The best memories of Jack are the times we spent with he and Kate in Boulder and in Fort Collins as I think that was the happiest that I ever knew Jack to be. He was our brother and will be missed.

I, also, have some fond memories of Jack.  That is because he was wed to my sister, Kate, for 20 years.  (I find it sad that no mention was made of this union that was so important in both their lives.)
Life for Jack may have been difficult toward the end, but he
had many, many happy years in Boulder and Fort Collins with Kate.
