John Timothy Collins
March 2, 1960 – November 2, 2019
Tim (as he is known by family and friends) was born in Greeley, Co on March 3, 1960 to John Talbot Collins, Jr and Carolyn McQueen Collins.
As a young military family they traveled the world and lived in Germany, Scotland, Japan and around the US.
Tim graduated from Greeley West and took classes at Aims. He was very proud to have served his country in the Army in Germany and the US. He was a master roofer and worked construction for many years. He enjoyed outdoor sports and activities and, of course, the Broncos were his favorite activities before his tragic disability.
Tim is survived by his mother, Carolyn McQueen, brother Mark Randall Collins, ex-wife Machelle Pacheco; daughters Brittany Collins and Rianna Loris. Grandchildren Joshua Cleveland, Matthew, Shayla and Jade Collins, Kenneth Jr and Justice Loris.
He was preceded in death by his father and all grandparents.
A word from Matthew; My dear grandfather was the most magnificent and the most beautiful man I've ever met. He meant so much to me. Unfortunately I did not have a chance before he passed to tell him again that I loved him and I will forever and always keep him close to my heart. His place is made for him.
