

Jack was born in Boston, MA on August 16, 1934 to John & Elizabeth Dinsmoor. He attended Fessenden County Day School, Andover Academy and received a BS from Harvard University. In 1956 he joined the USAF as a pilot, flying B-47’s. He married his loving wife of 60 years, Ann in 1957. In 1962 he received his MBA from Columbia University and began a career as an Environmental Engineer in the Pharmaceutical Industry concentrating on International Safety and Compliance. In 1997 Jack and Ann retired to Estes Park where Jack became active in Rotary (designer of the Duck Race Cage), Estes Park Housing Authority and volunteering in RMNP at Sheepsheads Lake and the Bugle Brigade - briefly serving as a Ranger in the Information Office. Jack enjoyed acting in several local plays- playing Scrooge in Moulin Scrooge and Ike in Oklahoma and the cab driver in Harvey. Jack was a member of Mountain View Bible Fellowship Church where he served as an Elder and enjoyed singing in the choir. Jack loved sailing and the highlight of his sailing was crossing the Atlantic in 2009 on his son’s 52 foot boat. A journey of 25 days from Florida to Lisbon. Jack is survived by his wife, Ann and three children, Liz D’Amico of Berthoud, CO, Nancy Seipt(Vernon, husband) of Lansdale, PA and John III (Jodi, wife) of Parker, CO; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren (and one on the way for a total of 11) He is also survived his sister, Ann Brown of Kalamazoo, MI and brothers Bill & Rocky of Aspen, CO There will a service of Celebration of Jack’s life at Mountain View Bible Fellowship Church on Saturday, March 3rd at 11AM.
