He was born January 5, 2006 to Alicia L. Gutierrez, and Estanislado M. "Tanis" Palma IV. Josiah has been ready for the world since the day he was born.
Josiah had the most beautiful smile, and made everyone laugh with his silly personality. He made random noises or movements just to get a reaction. He enjoyed dancing at any random moment to entertain the crowd.
Josiah was very compassionate to others in need. If someone was hungry he made sure they had food, and if anyone needed a place to stay, he never hesitated to invite them to stay. He also gave other kids clothes or video games if he saw they didn't have their own. He was a good wrestler in middle school and enjoyed playing basketball. He also enjoyed playing board games, and was excited to learn and become good in Chess. Josiah loved his family more than anything, especially his two sisters.
Josiah worked at Taco Bell and was very proud to make his own money.
Josiah is survived by his parents, Alicia Gutierrez and Tanis Palma; toddler daughter, Azaryia Gutierrez Garcia; sisters, Envy Palma, and Anjelique Lucero; his grandparents Ruperto and Mary Gutierrez, and Estanislado Palma III ; great grandparents Frances Gutierrez, and Lydia Maria and Estanislado Palma Jr; uncles Ruperto M Gutierrez, Pedro M (Alissa) Gutierrez; aunts Sara (David) Garcia, Mary Ann Gutierrez, Christine Palma-(Evonne) Ortiz, and Pearl Aguirre, along with many close cousins and friends
