Juan enjoyed attending family events and visiting with extended family. He also enjoyed taking his nieces to the movies often. He was a very proud uncle!
He was a sports fanatic and loved all Colorado Sports, especially the Denver Broncos, Colorado Eagles, Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets and the Eaton Reds. In high school, Juan played football for the Eaton Reds for about five years.
Juan enjoyed listening to Tejano music and enjoyed dancing; he was a very good dancer. He also loved anything Star Wars.
Juan is survived by his parents, Lupe and Tina Ybarra; sister, Jessica Wilcox (Russell) and two nieces.
A Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Stoddard Funeral Home. A Celebration of Juan's Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. The family requests that guests wear Colorado sports shirts or hats in honor of Juan to the visitation and celebration of life.
