Dear Bill - Little did I know when I opened the current edition of the Wheaton alumni magazine what sad news it would bring.  I'll always remember the first day you brought Julie to campus. Her smile, the modesty that made her beauty all the more endearing, her eyes when they looked at you...indelible images all.  The way you glowed whenever you talked about her erased all doubt true love was still possible in an increasingly uncertain world.  Julie will be missed by everyone whose life she touched.  I'm so sorry for your loss, Bill.  I know your family has found many ways in the days since to honor her life and memory.

Even though we only knew her a short time, she was so helpful and generous with her time and her talents. Our thoughts and prayers are with those she loved.

I had the pleasure of meeting Julie when she came into EPMC for her CT exams. I was usually the technologist starting her IV and performing the study. Although I did not know her outside of the hospital, she touched me with her stregnth and pleasant demeanor.  May God share his beautiful Heaven with her and bless over her friends and family.

So sorry to hear about the death of your wife and mother. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. She was a wonderful person.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss or your mom, Hannah....It brought tears to my eyes instantly.  How very sad.  It is hard to lose a parent.  Remember all the special memories.  She will be with you always in the times you need her the most.

I am so sorry to hear about Julie.  I will pray for you as I am sure many of your other Jackson friends will too.  When I lived in a farm house north of Jackson, Julie made it sparkle!  Will never forget the day you drove Julie out in a snowstorm and shoveled the snow so I could get out of my driveway Bill.  Thanks again.
