Such sad news....I enjoyed getting to know Kaye during her time at Shepardson.  She was so compassionate and easy to talk to!  May your memories bring you peace.

One of the most kind and caring hearts I have known. I will always remember her smiling face. So happy I got to know and work with you Kaye!

Dear family of Kaye.  I was so surprised when I saw Kaye's picture in the paper.  I worked with her in Early Childhood and I had to write you and let you know what a generous, caring, and inspirational person she was to work with.  I always enjoyed going to Sheparson and seeing her.  The welcome she gave me was heartfelt and I always left feeling good after talking with her.  I truly treasure that I knew her and was a little part of her life.  My thoughts and prayers are with you and very sincere.  She will be missed.

We were shocked and saddened to read Kaye's obituary in the paper yesterday.  Our thoughts are with you all and we pray for God's peace and comfort during this time of grief.

We can't begin to express our feelings for your loss of Kaye. When I first found out about this I just couldn't believe it. I'm just sorry I didn't keep in closer contact for a number of reasons. She was always such a wonderful lady that I had the good fortune of knowing throughout the years. If there is ever anything we can do for you please let us know. Timm and I are so deeply saddened of the news of Kaye's passing. We have fond memories of her (and Lefty) when they first started their family. Please know that we are thinking of you and the family.

What a shock to see Kaye's obit today!!!  Kaye has always been and will always be very special in my heart. For she is one who knows how to make everyone feel special and valued and she was always finding ways to help others.  She truly left her mark on the world, on the family at Shepardson for so many, many years, and in so many of our hearts.  There aren't enough candles to light for her to show what all she has done to make this world a better place.  What a treasure she will always be.  I have so many wonderful memories of our talks.  I wish the world were full of more ""Kayes""!   My heartfelt hugs to the family.  I can't imagine the grief you are feeling.  I hope I am in town when you are able to celebrate the life of this incredible mom, wife, daughter (she talked about her mom with such love), and the others of us who felt we were part of her family too.  She must have been an angel on earth to show us other ways to care about others.  Hugs to everyone!  A tearful Mary Kay.. a very sad day!  I will miss her!
