The kind of man we all strive to be but few achieve.  Kent was a wonderful person and a joy to have known - whether fishing in Cabo or sharing a cup of coffee in Loveland.  That Kent maintained his positive attitude despite the many challenges he faced over the years is a tribute to his spirit.  We had the pleasure of getting to know Kent & Shirley when they lived in Washington and the good fortune of maintaining a relationship since.  We were amazed at the strength of Kent & Shirley as they faced the many battles with his condition over the years and thankful for the family support they had to overcome so many of those challenges.
Kent may be gone but his spirit remains and his memory lives on - our love to his wonderful family.

I share in so many of the previous condolences and my love & prayers go out to Shirley, Jon, Kelli & all of Kent's family. We were neighbors for many years and friends throughout the years. Through everything Kent endured, he didn't complain and always managed a smile. Shirley was his rock and his kids & grandkids were his great spirit. He will be missed, never forgotten. To Shirley, Jon & Kelli, I am so sorry to learn of Kent's passing. We met back in 2000 and instantly became friends and, from that meeting forward, I always enjoyed his company. Whether we were talking about business, family, golf or baseball, I always enjoyed being around him and certainly appreciated his sense of decency as well as the fact he always tried to do the right thing. Surely, he is in a much better place now, and for that I'm grateful. May God bless Kent's soul and may he forever rest in peace!

Marianne and I wish to send our deepest sympathy to all of the Eubanks family. Kent was a great person and we are all so lucky that he was part of our life’s story!  I will always remember how kind he was to talk with Marianne about her battle with cancer at our 35th high school reunion in 2004. He was so positive and reassuring. We will miss him!

I am sad to hear about Kent's passing. My sympathy to  Shirley, Jon and Kelli as well as Mary Ann Welch and Scott and David Eubanks. I likely visited Kent and Shirley in the Twin Lakes area south of Seattle sometime in the '80s.
 I grew up a house away from the Eubanks, and Mr. and Mrs. Eubanks were like second  parents to us. I was only a month older than Kent, and I remember him as a genial and helpful kid, and that my Mom was fond of him. I am struck by how much he looks like his Dad -- in my memory -- in this photo! He certainly inherited some of his Dad's gracious personality.
