Born on February 18th, 1974, in Denver, Colorado, Kurt lived a life that touched many people. He was known for his kind heart, sense of humor, loyalty, generosity and for the quiet ways he showed up for the people he loved. He had a way of making others feel safe, understood and cared for, and his absence will be deeply felt.
More than anything, Kurt was a devoted father to his beloved son, Dawson Hendrickson, who he loved with all of his heart and was immensely proud of. He is also survived by his loving mother, Sharon Hendrickson, father Keith Hendrickson and brother, Wesley Hendrickson, all of whom will carry his memory forward with love.
Though life changed over the years, some bonds never did. Kurt remained not only family, but a trusted friend, confidant, and steady presence to those close to him. Relationships evolve, but love, history and deep friendship endure, and he will be remembered not only for who he was, but for the lasting place he held in the hearts of those who loved him.
A service to celebrate Kurt’s life will be held on May 28th, 2026, at Dignity Memorial, Allnutt Funeral Home, 6521 W. 20th Street, Greeley, CO 80634 at 10:00am with a gravesite service to follow at Linn Grove Cemetery, 1700 Cedar Ave, Greeley, CO 80631. Family and friends ae invited to gather in remembrance, and to honor a man who meant so much to so many.
Forever remembered.
