Kurt Edward Young

Kurt Edward Young, 48, of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away on May 6, 2017 in Larimer County, Colorado. He was born February 19, 1969 to Donald Edward Young and Sandra Lee Sundine Young in Pocatello, Idaho. He attended and graduated from Highland High School in Pocatello, ID. Kurt was employed as a Manager at Chili’s in Westminster, CO. He thoroughly enjoyed fishing, golfing and wine tasting. Kurt will best be remembered as a “Foodie,” who enjoyed standing while eating and ordering items that weren’t on the menu. His quick wit and dark sense of humor along with his desire to always put others first, will truly be missed.

Kurt was preceded in death by his loving parents, Donald & Sandra (Sundine) Young.

Left to cherish his memory Kurt leaves his loving wife; Shannon Young of Fort Collins, CO, children; Logan Young of Fort Collins, CO, Brandon (Jill) Wilcken of Saint Cloud, MN, Taumi (Justin) Maxwell of Savannah, GA, dearest grandchildren; Kali Wilcken, Gavin Wilcken and Bryce Maxwell, his siblings; Warren Young of AZ, Kelle Flear of Owasso, Ok, Mark Young, Scott Young, Lynda Baker, Donna Young and Tina McAdam.

Private Services were held Wednesday, May 10,2017for friends and family at Kurt & Shannon’s home in Fort Collins, Colorado.
