

Laura was born December 22, 1952 in Greeley, Colorado to Edward and Lillian Heinze. She graduated from Highland High School in 1971. On July 22, 1972, Laura married her high school sweetheart, Bruce White. They were happily married for 45 years and shared a lifetime of love and laughter. Their union was blessed with a son, Brandon.
Laura’s greatest joys were the times spent with family and friends. She especially loved her winters with Bruce in Palm Desert, their trips to Lake Powell, and travels in their motor coach. Laura cherished her time watching Brandon play golf and loved being the team mother during his years at Pepperdine and his coaching years at UNC. Laura was dedicated to her daily workouts and physical fitness. Her strong faith sustained her throughout her life and was an inspiration to others.
Laura is survived by her husband, Bruce; her son, Brandon; her mother, Lillian (Heinze) Dorgin; her brother, Dean Heinze; aunts and uncles, Elsie Wolfe, Robert and Patricia Schulz, and Kenneth and Jane Printz; and her mother-in-law, Bertha White.
Laura was preceded in death by her father, Edward Heinze; and her father-in-law, LR (Pink) White.
A memorial service will be held at the Greeley Wesleyan (Generations) Church 3600 W. 22nd Street in Greeley, Colorado, at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, October 3, 2017.
