
Lynn H. Glenn, 77, of Greeley, passed away August 11, 2015 at Hospice of Northern Colorado Inpatient Unit. Lynn was born October 29, 1937 in Leadville, Colorado to Buck and Gladys (Boyd) Glenn. He graduated from Leadville High School in 1956. Lynn attended college at Western University in Gunnison and in Corpus Christi, Texas. He served in the U.S. Army from 1960 – 1962.
Lynn married his high school sweetheart, Patricia Peschel on March 11, 1961 in Leadville, Colorado. Together they traveled throughout Mexico as missionaries to the Tarahumara Indians in Copper Canyon. They raised three children in Colorado, Georgia, Mexico and Texas before moving to Greeley in 1991. They were members of the Vineyard Christian Fellowship in Greeley.
Lynn worked in construction, as a Bread Truck Delivery driver, he also served as a Police Officer for Frisco Police Department and Cherry Hills Police Department in Denver and after 8 years of service. Lynn joined the Holyrood Seminary in Liberty, New York and was ordained as a priest in the Anglican Catholic Church in Denver. He also served as priest of St. Gabriel’s ACC until his retirement in 2007. Lynn was a Bus Driver for District 6 and drove a delivery truck for Big R for 13 years.
Lynn is survived by his wife Patricia; daughter Gabrielle Glenn (Dave McQuay); sons Michael Glenn and Daniel Glenn (Claudine); granddaughter Isabela Shade Glenn and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and a brother.
